we went THEME PARK!!

its called Happy Valley 

We had sooo much much much much fun!

yay!!!!

it was the first ride we took coz we were super early!

the other rides were not opened.

we played so much. there was this super crazy ride, desperados(singapore's sentosa one is much better),  1 hanging roller coaster, 1 super fun super shiok roller coaster, 4D shows (the movie was called "Journey to the centre of Earth"), 2 different kind of vertical drop, mini roller coaster, inverter and many more

it was super duper crazy fun!

totally enjoyed myself to the max!!!!!

we had lunch at MAC!

and they had this parade thing right after lunch... all the different floats would go by and many ppl perform..

so xu en and i were just cam whoring around while waiting for the guys to finish shopping!

it was damn fun just cam whoring w her!!! :)

we had dinner at Ajisen

it was an awesome day!

best day in china so far!

Day 16

SHOPPING!!!!

yay!

we took the bus to Chengdu City!

i think this will be the 1 and only time we w get to go there!! :(

we ate lunch at pizza hut!

we had a great big feast for the 10 of us (mr nick tan joined us)

their first level interior deco is sooo cool!
but coz we ate at second floor so our chairs were not decorated as such

thanks mr nick for the treat :)

after tat we went to this shopping place
its exactly the china version of BUGIS STREET!
damn it not enuf time to shop!
but we still managed to shop!
the hidayas' got a bag each, wallets, shoes
i got sunglasses, jacket, hairclip

its totally an awesome place 2 shop coz its cheap!

she is totally gonna become a plum if she doesnt stop dressing in purple everyday!LOL

aft tat wen bac to the carpark (we were supposed to be thr at 3pm)
but of course the guys r always l8
so we ended up leaving the place only at 4.30!

at night there was this freshie's night
so we performed our "one united singapore" again
their performance was awesome!
they had obviously put in a lot of effort in their costumes n practiced like crazy
there were their choir
a mexican item
an indian item (hindi/bollywood dance)
some chinese skit
a chinese song
our singapore song
 the rest i cannot rmb alr

but they were good! seriously very good
one funny thing tat zack mentioned was
"they know how to do indian dance, but they stare at u whenever you walk around campus"
LOL tat is sooo true!
i am curious as to why this is the case..

2mr we r going to a theme park called HAPPY VALLEY
i pray the toilets r clean
n that we have
 we have good food (note: its good, meaning healthy food n not junk food)
n the weather is not too cold or not too warm either
n i hope it turns out to be an exciting/fun day be4 our results get released this fri!

Day 15

nth much happened today!

we ate their mandrin oranges today

it looks so green i thought it was a big lime!

the orange tat looks like a lime!

its quite sour; not as sweet as wat an orange should be

we had IS lesson today

he taught us about the tourism industry in Sichuan and Chengdu City

Did you know that the Mount Qingcheng and the Panda Reserach Centre and the Dujiang Irrigation system (the places we have visited so far) are all under the world heritage sites!

we will be visiting yet another world heritage sites next week

Mount Emei

and we will get to c the Giant Leshan Buddha!!!

it was a boring day 2day! 

2mr is freshie's night

so yet again the singaporeans must perform :)

Day 14

2day was quite a fun day!

we went to the musem in the morn

its a really interesting museum!

but the eng guide is only available in the afternoon!

so i read the eng descriptions by myself n w the help of my friends i learned abt Sichuan History

its very fascinating!

see their dog sign which is the 2nd last row from the bottom!

the dog has no front paws! LOL

they documented the whole process of excavating the treasures which are 3000BC old!

Day 13

ok we had classes in the morn from 1030 till 1230

to make up for the 4~5hrs that we w lose 2mr because we going the museum

in the aft we took the bus to Guang Han!

YAY!

totally shop for junk food! 

i seriously miss my brown rice n broccoli and mac milkshakes!

its really low even for their standard of living!

and i found out tat Yun Xia (finally i know her name.. she is susan) was playing ping pong just now

so i know what they do for entertainment.

they play ping pong/ play basketball/ shopping

while in sg there r so many posters arnd sg promoting sports n asking every1 to play!

LOL

no wonder everyone here is so skinny n small

i have yet to see a big build person here!

hopefully we get 2 go Guang Han soon

we were supposed to go Chengdu (the big city which is 2hrs away from here) but the Lee Lao Shi is scared for our safety or something like tat. so we cannot go

so mr Cheah decided to utilize the time n scheduled lesson today morn from 10am till 1pm

but it started at 1030 and ended at 1230

LOL

n we will be missing our morn classes 2mr coz we gonna see some museum

and the whole of thurs will be spent at their theme park! :)

so i guess i don mind trading my sun morn for 2hrs of lesson to make up for the 1.5days we will miss the following week ;)

i suppose next sat will also be spent studying

Day 12 - Part 2

it was bloody 1600+ steps

we climbed up stairs!

omg omg omg

i was wearing 3 layers of clothes

by the time i reached the top, i was down to my tank top!

lol once my perspiration started evaporating... it became super cold!

at the top there was 2 temples!

we did jump shots at the top of temple too!

after tat we climbed down the temple, (abt 45mins climbing down) than went 4 dinnner

i heard from mr nick tat they serve dog meat in tat restaurant!!

omg that is so cruel n inhumane!
